Flora Residences

The facilities are positioned in a luxurious location, in a peaceful and quiet oasis in Kavač - Kotor municipality.

The complex consists of two buildings of different floors which are connected by a basement garage. Building A / Bs + Gf + 2 + At (basement, ground floor, two floors and attic), building B / Bs + Gf + 1 + At (basement, ground floor, floor and attic)

ABOUT LOCATION

Kavač is a small low density settlement on the border between Kotor and Tivat municipalities overlooking the airport, the bay od Tivat and the Lustica peninsula. The settlement is located on the slopes of Vrmac hill and tucked in oak forest and Mediterranean greenery.

Its location is ideal for cozy and quiet suburban living but still very close, just 5km from Kotor or Tivat city centers on either side of the settlement. The closest beach is less than 4km away with more beaches within a 15km range. The airport is less than 3km away and the closest marina less than 5km. Being tucked in greenery and being on the slopes of Vrmac hill its climate is more pleasant and suitable in the hot summer days and nights.

On the ground floor of the building, the construction of a green relax oasis with a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a covered part for the area with deck chairs is planned. The relaxation zone is further complemented by a central sound system with a base station with control and selection of music.

The building has 15 parking spaces in the basement garage and there are 5 storage rooms next to the parking space. The entrance to the garage is electronically controlled, while the entire garage is equipped with a modern video surveillance system. In the basement, in addition to comfortable parking spaces, the construction of a spa area with gym, saunas, massage zone, separate men's and women's showers and toilets.
